Who am I?

My name is Anita, and I’m a baby and child sleep consultant, a nursery nurse, a kindergarten teacher and a mom. I am based in Basel, Switzerland and I am offering a virtual service across Switzerland, Hungary and abroad.

During my work as a teacher, I often heard parents sharing their struggles with sleep issues. When I became a mother myself, I experienced these challenges firsthand—my little girl woke up 10 to 12 times a night, and we had long, difficult bedtime struggles. She couldn’t be put down before 11 PM, but still had early wake-ups. She often cried from colic, making those nights even harder. These personal experiences, combined with my professional background, inspired me to help other families overcome similar sleep challenges and create healthier sleep habits.

That’s my story, and it’s why I am so dedicated to helping families find practical, effective solutions that truly make a difference. Together, we can bring calm, rest and joy back into your home. Sleep is a path to peace, and I am here to guide you along the way.

  • Our life changed dramatically since we had our son! Unfortunately, not only in good ways. From birth, for about 8 months, our little boy couldn’t sleep through the night and woke up almost every hour crying. This was the most challenging time for us. We had our ups and downs, and due to the lack of sleep, we struggled to be patient with each other and with others as well.
